ZIN Technologies, a Middleburg Heights-based company, plans to grow and create 125 new jobs. ZIN provides NASA, the US Department of Defense, and private industry with cutting-edge engineering and product development services. ZIN has received a Job Creation Tax Credit from the State of Ohio in order to expand its workforce in Middleburg Heights by 125 engineers and scientists. One of the reasons for this growth is ZIN Technologies’ participation in an effort to build the world’s first commercial free-flying space station, known as Starlab.

Middleburg Heights City government regularly collaborates with ZIN Technologies to ensure the company’s continued success in our community, and we are excited that this growth opportunity in the commercial space market will bring new investment and jobs to Middleburg Heights and the State of Ohio, Mayor Matthew J. Castelli said in a statement following the announcement.
