Synchroness and ALTEN Technology USA merge to enhance service offerings in the United States


Troy, Michigan, March 31st, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — For the benefit of our customers, we have merged with Syncroness under the new name ALTEN Technology USA, Inc. With this merger, clients will have access to a wider range of services across the United States and around the world, thanks to decades of experience in project-based engineering and IT consulting.

The combined experience of ALTEN Technology USA and Syncroness spans more than two decades of providing consulting services in engineering, product development, and information technology (IT). Going forward, ALTEN Technology USA will support the aerospace, defense, automotive, industrial, rail, medtech, energy and environment, life science, robotics, and unmanned systems industries.

“With Syncroness’ decades of specialised product development experience and ALTEN’s global footprint, we can provide our clients with even more value while cultivating deeper relationships, which is what our business model is all about,” Brian Wyatt, COO of ALTEN Technology USA, said in an interview.

Syncroness CEO Mike Walraven concurs, saying, “This merger will allow us to better serve our clients by working on bigger and more complex projects while maintaining our commitment to providing our clients with high-quality work and world-class talent.

It is expected that ALTEN Technology USA will remain a wholly owned subsidiary of the ALTEN Group, a French multinational engineering and IT consulting company founded in 1988. Thirty-nine countries across the globe are represented by the ALTEN Group’s 30 offices. ALTEN Group acquired Syncroness in 2017 and the two companies operated independently until this merger.
