SELENA GOMEZ SURPRISED BRITNEY SPEARS ON HER WEDDING DAY TO MAKE IT SPECIAL 2022!!

Britney Spears collates her mother, Lynn, with Selena Gomez, saying that she is “lucky to have such a loving family”.

Miss Spears is so grateful to have Selena as her friend. The pop ballad shared photos from a photoshoot, thanking Selena for attending her recent wedding, 28, along with guests Paris Hilton. “She came to my wedding,” Britney began regarding Selena.

 “These are the three of the most beautiful women in Hollywood… @drewbarrymore, @parishilton,” she said of the famous trio of guests. 

But there was one twist: The Brit revealed she didn’t know they’d be among the 60 guests at the intimate Thousand Oaks, California, event on June 9.

“I had no idea I was here!!! I was so happy!!!” she exclaimed in surprise. Back to Selena, though, Britney went on to detail the strange conversation the two former Disney stars had at the reception — even comparing her to her mother, Lynn Spears. “Selena told me ‘, I just want you to be happy. It was awesome that she could reach out to me and share her thoughts.”

“Even though I’ve been forced to see people against my will all my life… Selena was a beautiful surprise!!!” Britney wrote. The actress also praised Selena’s mental health advocacy through Rare Beauty, which launched a “Your Words Matter” campaign earlier this spring. 

“I appreciate ALL the mental health speeches she does for our generation… 2-hour specials with reps… She is such an awesome individual, and I had to share this picture. I thought it would make her happy,” Britney wrote.

Britney was alienated from most of her household – including father Jamie Spears and sister Jamie Lynn Spears. Despite the drama and previous attention to her mother’s alleged past behaviour, Britney appeared to she is pleased with Lynn’s reaction to her wedding in public.

 “My mom was asked three times by paparazzi on the street ‘How does your daughter feel about your reaction to her wedding’… she said all she wants for me is to be happy!!!” added Britney. “Mom and Selena, I am so blessed to have such a supportive family!!! God bless you,” she ended the post.

Britney seemed pleased with Lynn’s public response to her wedding despite the turmoil and the fact that she had previously brought up her mother’s alleged past dealings.

Miss Spears married her long-time boyfriend, Sam Asghari, on June 9, posted on her Instagram to sing the praises of a guest she called a very “special person.” 

On Saturday, the 41-year-old pop icon looked back at the guests at her star-studded wedding and reflected on singer Selena Gomez, who was at her wedding ceremony.

Responding to Spears’ heartfelt message, Gomez took to the comments section to reply, “I’m speechless. Britney- you’re so kind and have the most beautiful soul. I’m beyond lucky to know you. You deserve all the contentment in the world!”
