On the 15th of April 2022, BIRMINGHAM, Alabama- Since its inception, Taziki’s Mediterranean Cafe has remained committed to finding new and innovative ways to improve its customers’ overall experience, from their first step into a café until it is time to clear the table for the next happy customer.

That’s why Taziki’s is testing and implementing new technology to speed up the ordering process, improve the visuals of the menu, and convey the message that Taziki’s will take care of its customers from arrival to departure.. Starting with three Nashville-area locations, Taziki’s will test mobile app ordering so that guests can skip the line and send orders directly to the kitchen as they find a seat.

Several Taziki locations are experimenting with new menu boards that feature larger and more colorful graphics. In order to make ordering easier for customers, the menu boards will be moved closer to the cash register. Taziki’s is also putting QR codes on its menu and front door, which direct customers to an online menu they can peruse while awaiting their turn to be seated. New digital boards will be tested in Jeffersonville, Indiana, to showcase special offers, menu items, and local events that are relevant to the market.

Taziki CEO Dan Simpson said, “We’re excited to test these new technologies and work toward providing our guests with an exceptional guest experience.” As a result of our Mediterranean values, we offer a diverse menu at reasonable prices, as well as a focus on community and life’s celebrations. We’re hoping that these new enhancements provide our guests with the best possible setting in which to find that community while enjoying our delicious food. “

Aside from technological advancements, Taziki’s is updating table numbers to remind guests that the restaurant aims to serve customers as soon as they arrive. The new table numbers will have the text “Have a seat!” on them. We’re here to serve you… and clean up after ourselves. Relax and take a deep breath. Your food will be brought out and the table will be cleared when you are finished. At Taziki’s, patrons can expect a first-rate dining experience from the moment they step through the door.
