Eminem has shared the tracklist for his highly expected second greatest hits album, Curtain Call 2, which will be released later this month.
Fans are thrilled about the album and can’t wait to listen to the songs. The project features many of the Detroit rapper’s most famous songs, such as “Love The Way You Lie,” “The Monster,” and “Not Afraid.”
Eminem announced on his social media pages on Tuesday, sharing the entire 16 songs in an animated video.
The album features music from Eminem’s projects since Relapse in 2009, including side tasks, guest appearances, and film soundtracks. The guest appearances are unique.
In addition to Relapse, the timeline has five full-length solo studio albums, which include Recovery (2010).

The tracklist release comes a day after Eminem shared a yet unreleased music video for his single “Crack A Bottle,” which featured 50 Cent and Dr Dre.
In addition to the album, Eminem sells arcade-themed t-shirts, CD boxes, cassettes, and autographed orange vinyl on his website.
Curtain Call 2 is planned for release on Friday, August 5. The collection will have its work cut out to rival its prototype, which stays as one of the top-grossing rap albums in Billboard history.
The tracklist includes big names like Beyonce, Juice World, Dr Dre, 50 Cent, Snoop Dogg, etc.
Promoting the album even more, Eminem “unlocked” the video for said single “Crack A Bottle” on Monday. The video was initially released in 2009 in support of Relapse, Eminem’s sixth studio album, his first project since getting sober in 2008.
The Hits is one of the longest-running rap albums on Billboard records. It was also one of the best-selling albums of 2021.
According to HITS Daily Double, Curtain Call: The Hits sold at number 50 that year with over 673,000 albums sold. That’s more than other big rap acts of 2021, including Tyler The Creator, Nas’ King’s Disease II, Young Thug’s Punk, N.B.A. YoungBoy’s Sincerely, Kentrell, and Migos’ Culture III.
In 1988, performing under the stage name MC Double M, he formed his first group New Jacks and recorded a demo tape of the same name with D.J. Butter Fingers.
In 1989, they joined Bassmint Productions, who later renamed themselves Soul Intent in 1992, with rapper Proof and other childhood friends. In 1995, they released an E.P. of the same name with proof. Eminem also made his only music video appearance in 1992 for a song called “Do-Da-Dippity” by Camptown.
Later in 1996, Eminem and Proof teamed up with four different rappers to form The Dirty Dozen, who cast their first album, Devil’s Night, in 2001.
Eminem’s first meeting with the law was at age 20 when he was arrested for participating in a paintball gun shooting. The case was overlooked when the victim failed to appear in court.

Eminem was soon signed to Jeff and Mark Bass’ F.B.T. Productions and recorded their debut album Infinite for their separate label Web Entertainment.
The album was a commercial failure upon its release in 1996. One of Infinite’s lyrical themes was his effort to raise his newborn daughter Hailie Jade Scott Mathers on little money.
During this period, Eminem’s rhyming style, primarily inspired by rappers Nas, Esham, and AZ, lacked the comically violent bent he would later become known for.
Detroit disc jockeys largely ignored Infinitely, and Eminem’s feedback (“Why don’t you go rock and roll?”) led him to create angrier and moodier tracks. At this time, Eminem and Kim Scott were living in a crime-ridden neighbourhood, and their home was robbed several times.
