Drake and Keshia Chante Reunite
This was a legendary moment when Drake and his ex-girlfriend Keisha Chante took the stage. The video featuring both Drake and Keshia has become the obsession of many fans’, and some newer fans are just learning about the past these two shared.
Before bringing Keisha on stage, Drake said: “This next individual coming to the stage, I used to drive all the way to the west in my mom’s car for this one right here, you feel me? So, I definitely have to introduce her personally. This is my first girlfriend ever I had in my life.” He further added, “She is a real legend. She is somebody I love from the bottom of my heart. So, Make some noise for Keshia Chante.”
Keshia Chante later took to her Instagram to share loads of photos from the OVO Fest 2022 as she admired Drake’s “most heartfelt, genuine and meaningful introduction.” Keisha also thanked all the fans for coming to the fest and showing massive support by singing along to her songs that are as old as a decade.

Is Keshia “Kiki’?
Keshia Chante was in the headlines in 2018 when Drake dropped his song “In My Feelings” and introduced the world to Keke. The song was an instant hit and defined the 2018 year. Loads of reels and TikToks have been made with this song. At the time of its release, fans believed Keke was a reference to Keshia as Drake had been vocal about his appreciation for her. Keshia also shared some screenshots of DMs from fans asking if she was actually “the Keke.”
While Keisha didn’t deny being Keke, she hinted in a tweet: “Drake put it in a song, so I know it’s true”. And as of now, Keisha publicly uses the nickname KiKi, which can be seen on her Instagram.
Drake devoted his 2015 song “Madonna,” from the album If You’re Reading This It’s Too Late, to Keshia (Source: Complex). He even rapped for her in his other song, Fallen. The lyrics of this song reminisce the love Drake had for Keisha.

WHAT IS THE OVO FEST?
OVO Fest is Drake’s very own music festival. It was founded in 2010, and the annual event has been held every year since then except in 2018 due to personal reasons, 2020 and 2021 due to Covid lockdown restrictions.
The 2022 Fest started with performances by All Canadian North Stars, who were joined by several other artists, including Shawn Desman and K-Os, Maestro Fresh Wes.
