Cameron Diaz, who is 49 years old, and her hubby Benji Madden who is 43, made news on June 18 when they were spotted strolling through JFK Airport during a family trip to New York over the weekend.
The husband and wife had their adorable two-year-old daughter Raddix with them as she rested in her proud dad’s arms, and they all went casual as they strolled in front of the cameras.
Cameron donned a black long-sleeved top and matching pants along with orange sneakers, while Benji wore his black outfit that included a long-sleeved top and pants, black sneakers, and a black baseball cap.
Miss Diaz was wearing what appeared to be a white one-piece with colourful sprites and pink Crocs. Her long hair was loose, and she looked laid back as she looked over her father’s shoulder.
Cameron accessorized her outfit with black-rimmed glasses as she wore her long blonde hair down and appeared to be makeup-free.
Cameron and Benji are married since 2015 and are pretty private about their personal lives, so their latest outing was a treat for viewers and fans.
It’s unclear where they went or if they were returning from somewhere, but they were seen with passports, so that it could have been somewhere outside the US. Either way, they seemed happy to spend time together.
Ahead of her visit to JFK Airport, Cameron made headlines for sharing her secret to staying in shape ahead of her 50th birthday on August 30.
The beauty talked about this process during an interview on her friend Gwyneth Paltrow’s podcast, Goop and admitted that she sometimes does intermittent fasting.
“I’m a mother of a two-year-old, so we both eat a little bit of this and a little bit of that, and do I have to snack as much throughout the day as she does?” she explained in the episode.
“Doing a little reset will bring you back. It helps you be more relaxed, live in the moment, and be aware of what you say and do.”
She also talked about her skin routine, revealing that her skin has improved after 40 years since she hardly ever wears make-up. “For most of my life, I wore make-up daily for work, which drained my skin.
I always broke down,” she said. “And since I stopped wearing a lot, in my 40s—obviously I’m older too, but I used to break out into my 40s—I like my skin a lot more.
Diaz, who has won several awards, including nominations for four Golden Globes and a BAFTA Award, was given the title of Hollywood’s highest-paid actress over 40 in 2013. In 2018, Diaz’s films had over US$3 billion in domestic box office receipts in the US, with worldwide sales exceeding US$7 billion, making her the fifth highest-grossing trained actress in the US.
Diaz’s successful early roles cemented her as a sex symbol and one of the highest-grossing actresses in the world.
Diaz was conceived on August 30 1972, in San Diego, California and raised in Long Beach. She inscribed a modelling contract with Elite Model Management while still in high school.
She had her debut at 21 alongside Jim Carrey in the comedy The Mask (1994). After a supporting role in the romantic comedy My Best Friend’s Wedding (1997), she starred in the Farrelly brother’s comedy.
There’s Something About Mary (1998) brought her increased fame and her first Golden Globe nomination. Her following two projects – the sports drama Any Given Sunday and the Spike Jonze fantasy film Being John Malkovich – lent Diaz a reputation as a dramatic actress.
