The City of San Francisco: The media reported on Monday that aluminium models of the iPhone 14 series, but not the iPhone 14 mini, have appeared on social media as people anticipate new Apple iPhones this year.
A new report from AppleInsider claims that physical models of the iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Max are beginning to appear and “show that there’s little more to learn beyond existing renders”.
The four models, which were uploaded to the Chinese social media platform Weibo, show the machining burr marks and are labelled with the model number and screen size.
According to a report, the Mini model has been axed from the normal and pro versions, which have 6.7-inch and 6.1-inch screens, respectively.

According to market reports , iPhone 14 Pro models are rumored to have an updated pill and hole-punch display design. The camera system will be able to see through the small holes that will be formed.
When compared to the two-camera models, the bump on the Pro models is noticeably larger because it accommodates three camera lenses.
Mini models are expected to be phased out in favour of larger models.
According to Apple’s latest plans, the iPhone 14 will be equipped with satellite connectivity in case of an emergency.
An earlier GizmoChina report stated that users would be able to send text messages or SOS responses via a satellite network to report accidents, similar to the feature found on the brand’s smartwatch, if they were to have satellite connectivity.
It’s interesting to note that the iPhone 13 series was also rumoured to have such a feature, but it was dropped from the 2021 model.
