Many technology providers had to learn, evolve, and reconfigure their systems when the pandemic necessitated the use of virtual and hybrid formats. It was just an improvement on what we had been doing for years, “says Array CEO Marc Crawford, who adds that the company applied for the patent three years ago. By seamlessly transitioning from physical to virtual and hybrid events, our customers didn’t lose out on any of our robust engagement and analytics features.
On-site and remote audiences alike benefit from the hybrid solution provided by Array, which provides a truly representative collection of engagement data that can be used to generate insights. One of the few hybrid solutions available on the market that can facilitate interaction between any combination of in-person and remote audiences and presenters—including mixed panels—with both live and recorded content is It was recently announced that Array’s hybrid solution had won the Business Intelligence Group’s 2022 BIG Innovation Awards.
According to Crawford, “The approval of this patent is an exciting time, as we expand our data products and services to help raise the quality of events in the life sciences industry.”
Array has also recently introduced a proprietary scoring methodology (Array Content Engagement Score) based on the patented technology to help customers transition to virtual or hybrid events.
There have been 2,700 virtual events and 250 hybrid events since 2021, in which people from all over the world can participate simultaneously with the same speakers and content.
